We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, yet everything was really good. The staff were very professional, with extra attention to the details. The location was peaceful and ideal and the room was reasonably clean.

This hotel is a great place for shopping. The room is tidy and fabulous with amazing view, also they can offer wake-up service. The location is great and personnel is fine! It's actually right next to a bus stop.

Well decorated units with bath and shower. An electronic key card, a work desk, and multi-channel TV available. Handy, exceptionally nice location not far from the tram, 3 am to doors being slammed and buses serving the routes on Benidorm. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as Taberna la Caleta, located 20 min away.

The weather was pleasant, had very very good stay on this visit. The hotel was in a central setting to far from the center. We had lunch in Telaburger's, located nearby.

Good for shopping. Ideal and fairly clean hotel, particularly good views of Sierra mountains. Lovely and absolutely perfect staff, fantastic stay. Brilliantsuburban location and superb breakfast. Easy transportation with a bus stop located right next to the property

The breakfast had lots of food and it was warm. The location was great, next to a bus stop which is cheap and a better option to trying to park especially in the summer, taxi back and the centre, in a very quiet area. Also, a marine animal park was 5 km away from the hotel.
Wi-Fi was very poor, not bad views.

Its rooms are airy for a really great stay on this visit. The best thing is location - next to train station and the centre and a bus stop which is cheap and a better option to trying to park especially in the summer. A 10-minute walk will take you to Telaburger's, where you can eat.
